<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID system which is made to be lightweight, is low cost and excellent in productivity, and has less variation in resonant frequency and less loss. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna device 1 in an RFID system for performing data communication in non-contact has a configuration in which a planar soft magnetic body 5 is provided between an antenna and a metal surface on the back surface.
