PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoprotector with few factors of movement fluctuation. SOLUTION: The thermoprotector is provided with a pair of a fixed-side draw-out terminal 43 and a movable-side draw-out terminal 44 mounted on a case 11, a pair of a movable contact piece 41 and a fixed contact piece 42 made of a plate spring material with each base end fixed to the draw-out terminal 43 and the draw-out terminal 44 and set inside the case 11, a pair of a movable contact 45 and a fixed contact 46 attached to the tip side of the movable contact piece 41 and that of the fixed contact piece 42, a heat-sensitive plate 10 fitted to an underside of a bottom wall 110 in opposition to an opening 111, a slender bimetal piece 53 with one end fixed to the heat-sensitive plate 10 as a fixed end 530' and the other end as a free end 530, a slider 52 with a guide lever 521 formed on a top face and an engagement groove 522 formed on a side face, and a click-reversing bow-shaped spring 51 with one end to be a movable end 511 engaged with the engagement groove 522 and the other end to be a case-engagement end 512.
