The ventilation device has duct system (20), first cover (30), hemi- spherical bubble (40) and second cover (50). Duct system containing a number of connected air ducts (21) is embedded into sole (10) of shoe which is connected again with hole (11) in the side of sole. Second cover which has number of holes (52) placed above the first cover. Hemispherical bubble is fastened on the top side of the first cover. First cover is placed directly over an air duct of duct system, covering it fully. Second cover with number of holes is placed above the first cover, which also has a bulge to cover the bubble. The duct system and the sole are formed as one piece.
