PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work of replacing the information display member and the protective panel making up a wainscot panel. SOLUTION: The wainscot panel 6 in which the protective panel 61, a game sheet 62 and the protective panel 63 are built together with a wainscot frame 7 and a panel fixing member 8 is mounted on the front door 4 from ahead. In the wainscot panel 6, hooks 71a respectively provided on the upper and lower side parts of the wainscot frame 7 are fitted into retaining holes 41a formed in the wainscot frame base 41 and a fitting piece 71b is fitted into a fitting hole 41b to get it fixed on the wainscot frame base 41. The hooks 71a are pulled off the retaining holes 41a of the wainscot frame base 41 while the fitting piece 71b fitted into the fitting hole 41b is pulled off the fitting hole 41b thereby enabling the removal of the wainscot panel 6 from the wainscot frame base 41.
