PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both toner removal efficiency and discharging efficiency of a pressing body with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A cleaning roller 4 which removes toner sticking on the surface of the pressing body 18b arranged in contact with a fixing body 18a provided to a fixing device 18 is provided with a recessed part 18p for removing the toner sticking on the surface of the pressing body 18b, discharging means 18k and 18q arranged in the recessed part 18p are arranged at the position itself of the cleaning roller 4, and the arrangement angleθof the discharging means 18k and 18q in a fixing nip area is minimized to enable excellent discharging operation.
