PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an upper garment wearable even through bringing either side to the front or the back with one garment and having sunburn preventing effect. SOLUTION: This upper garment shown in Figure 3 is obtained by changing the shape of a back neckline 7 and a front body 1.
