<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form an insulating film for insulating an internal electrode layer from a side face electrode, thereby enhancing the productivity of a laminated structure or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This laminated structure contains a first internal electrode layer which contains a first conductive material which extends to the first side face area of the laminated structure and has magnetism at a given temperature, and a second conductive material which extends to a second side face area differing from the first side face area of the laminated structure and does not have magnetism at a given temperature; a second internal electrode layer which contains a dielectric layer formed on the first internal electrode layer, the second conductive material extending to the first side face area of the laminated structure, and the first conductive material extending to the second side face area of the laminated structure being the second internal electrode layer formed on the dielectric layer; a first insulating film formed on the end face of the first internal electrode layer in the first side face area of the laminated structure; and a second insulating film formed on the end face of the second internal electrode layer in the second side face area of the laminated structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
