<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder built-in type image forming device automatically sending sheets of paper dealing in a shredder section without increasing a cost and largely reducing a time and a labor for charging sheets of paper. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device 100 has an automatic original carrying section 14 for successively carrying originals automatically at an image-reading place R, an image forming section 36 for forming the images of the read originals, and the shredder section 51 for cutting out sheets of paper. In the image forming device 100, the automatic original carrying section 14 successively carries sheets of paper placed on the automatic original carrying section 14 automatically to the shredder section 51 by an indication from an operating section for the image forming device. A carrying path F for sheets of paper successively carried to the shredder section 51 is branched from an original carrying path D in the automatic original carrying section 14, and formed in the vertical direction at the end section of the image forming device. Sheets of paper cut out by the shredder section 51 fall in a cut-paper guide space 52 formed on the lower side of the shredder section 51 and housed in a cut-paper housing section 53 formed on the lower side of the cut-paper guide space 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
