PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air suction opening vertically switching machine providing easy detachment, easy cleaning, and easy underfloor installation of an apparatus, and capable of improving a cooling effect and a heating effect. SOLUTION: A box with a height from a floor to a ceiling is formed, and suction openings with lids which can be opened and closed are attached to an upper part and a lower part of the box. The box is installed in a part of a wall maximally separated from a delivery opening of heated or cooled air. For more efficiency, the heated or cooled air is delivered from a lower part.
