PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion device whose assembly property can be improved without deteriorating heat exchange efficiency by arranging a bonding part connecting thermoelectrons and an electrode member on a side orthogonal with a direction where a thermoelectron group is arranged. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a thermoelectron substrate 10 constituted by installing the thermoelectron group where a plurality of p-type and n-type thermoelectrons 12 and 13 are alternately disposed on a first insulating substrate 11; and a heat absorbing/heat dissipating substrate 20 where a plurality of electrode members 22 having electrodes 25 which are oppositely arranged on both sides of the thermoelectron substrate 10 and electrically connect the thermoelectrons 12 and 13, and louvers 26 absorbing and dissipating heat are arranged on a second insulating substrate 21. The electrode members 22 are constituted in such a way that projections 22a are formed outside the direction orthogonal with the electrodes 25, and the projections 22a are press-fitted to substrate holes 21a formed in the second insulating substrate 21 so as to assemble and fix them.
