SOLUTION: An area 1a excluding a dynamical pressure groove, of the dynamical pressure generation part composed of the dynamical pressure groove 1a and the area 1a excluding the dynamical pressure groove, is composed of ink (resin composition) 12, and the resin composition having a solubility parameter of a base resin different from that of oil kept into contact with a surface of the area 1a excluding the dynamical pressure groove, by 1.0 or more by absolute value, is used as the ink (resin composition) 12.
