PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel free from temperature irregularity by preventing a low temperature area resulting from a wire connection part from forming. SOLUTION: In the floor heating panel 1, a heat generation body 5 and a wiring tool 6 are stored at a back face side of a floor material 2 and covered by a back face material 7. The heat generation body 5 is stored in the whole area of a recessed part 3 for the heat generation body provided at the back face of the floor material 2. The wiring tool 6 is stored in a space formed between the heat generation body 5 and the back face material 7 which is regarded as a recessed part 4 for the wiring tool. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
