PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a pre-distortion type compensation amplifier circuit which has a small transmission delay and, moreover, a simple configuration, and which simplifies the arithmetic operation of calculating the value of the pre-distortion given to an input signal. SOLUTION: The pre-distortion type compensation amplifier circuit includes a distributor for distributing an inputted high frequency signal; a high frequency signal transmission system having a predistortion forming circuit which outputs to a nonlinear amplifier circuit by giving a predistortion to the distributed one high frequency signal, and outputting the high frequency signal which distortion compensation is performed and amplified by amplifying with the nonlinear amplifier circuit; and a predistortion control system having a distortion detector for detecting a distortion component from the distributed other high frequency signal and the high frequency signal outputted from the nonlinear amplifier circuit, and a distortion function forming circuit for forming a predistortion forming function including a polynominal having only of even number next term of exponentiation of a high frequency signal, and a distortion compensation coefficient for each exponentiation of the high frequency signal for giving a distortion compensation value by dividing the distortion component by the high frequency signal and performing the least square operation.
