PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manicure preparation that is applied for practical use and has a specular gloss in a finish after application. SOLUTION: This manicure preparation comprises (a) colloidal particles of a noble metal having 10-100 nm average particle diameter in the concentration of 5-50 mass% in the total of the manicure preparation. It is a two-material type manicure preparation obtained by combining the manicure preparation (second agent) with a base coat (first agent) containing (b) a film-forming agent and (c) water and/or an organic solvent.
