<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for the interconnector of a solar battery having a high softening starting temperature without damaging its strength and electric conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The material for the interconnector of a solar battery comprises copper and calcium or strontium, and the balance silver. In the alloy, it is preferable that the content of copper is controlled to, by atom, 0.08 to 0.8%, and, in the case calcium is added, its content is controlled to 0.015 to 0.15%, and, in the case strontium is added, its content is controlled to 0.005 to 0.2%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
