<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing reduction in the coercive force of M-type ferrite containing R-Co even if one part of Co is replaced with Zn or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This ferrite magnetic material has a constituent expressed by A<SB>1-x</SB>R<SB>x</SB>(Fe<SB>12-y</SB>(Co<SB>1-m</SB>Me<SB>m</SB>)<SB>y</SB>)<SB>z</SB>O<SB>19</SB>(wherein, A is at least one kind selected from Sr, Ba, Ca and Pb, R is at least one kind selected from rare-earth elements (including Y) and Bi, and always includes La. Me is one kind or two kinds or more of Zn, Ni, and Mg, and 0.04≤x≤0.9, 0.04≤y≤1.0, 0.05≤m≤0.9, 0.7≤z≤1.2) as a main ingredient, and wherein x/yz=1.1-1.8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
