PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide body-shape correcting upper wear eliminating inconvenience caused when tightening the chest part of a wearer with a bleached cotton cloth, a vest-type shirt, a waist supporter or the like. SOLUTION: The body-shape correcting upper wear comprises stretchable raw material fabric, and has the following structure: a front body part and a back body part wrap the upper-half body of the wearer at least ranging from the shoulder line to the abdominal part, the front body part of the body-shape correcting upper wear is formed through sewing up at least two prescribed pieces of fabric whose areas from the border of the back body part at the shoulder part to the abdominal part are equal to each other so as to make the areas overlap on each other.
