<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote reuse of a paper envelope by providing uneven folds for forming a box-shaped paper container on face and back sides of a lower portion of an envelope on the market in advance so that, when garbage with dust therein is disposed for the reuse of a vinyl bag given during shopping, hazardous gas is generated during incineration after garbage collection by an autonomous community, and to avoid this, a used paper envelope is formed in a three-dimensional shape in place of the vinyl bag for garbage disposal, the paper container as a substitute of a waste box is easily formed for reuse. <P>SOLUTION: Projecting folds (3') and (4') for forming a box-shaped paper container are formed in the face and back sides of the lower portion of the paper envelope during or after manufacturing, and a three-dimensional box-shaped paper container (8) is easily and simply formed following the folds.
