<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and its menu display control method for easily displaying desired setting items by changing the hierarchical structure of hierarchically structured setting menus. <P>SOLUTION: The display part 102 of an operation panel 101 displays a hierarchical structure by referring to the combination table of hierarchical order information stored in an EEPROM 104 and menus stored in an RAM 105 via an operation panel control part 106, and changes the hierarchical order information of setting items in order to arrange the setting item set last at the highest order of the hierarchical structure according to the change of the setting information received from an input part 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
