<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately charge for a job flow in response to a request from a user. <P>SOLUTION: A composite machine analyzes a received instruction, and determines whether a job executed by the own machine is a job for outputting information to the user (Step S12). When the Step S12 is denied, the composite machine actually executes the job executed by the own machine (Step S13), adds the charge generated by execution of the job to the charge received in the Step S11, and transmits the instruction, document data obtained by job execution, and the charge obtained by the addition to the next job execution place. When the Step S12 is confirmed, the composite machine starts the job of the own machine, stops the job before (before job completion) outputting the job information to the user, and abandons the remaining document (Step S15).
