<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for environmental conservation activities that allows each member of an advocacy group for environmental conservation activities to receive a certificate of appreciation or a certificate of commendation sent from the government or an authoritative institution for predetermined contributions while he or she is receiving services at stores that are either directly operated by or affiliated with the advocacy group. <P>SOLUTION: The system for achieving environmental conservation activities includes an information terminal provided in a supporting member's store for reporting each member's contributions and ID number via a network to an advocacy group for environmental conservation activities, the contributions being a certain percentage of each member's payment; and a database provided at the advocacy group for retaining each member's information, each supporting member's information, each member's cumulative contributions to environmental conservation, and each supporting member's cumulative contributions to environmental conservation.
