PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment, an information provision method, an information provision program and a recording medium with which existence of a decalcomania is properly notified.

SOLUTION: In the electronic equipment in which the decalcomania is attached to a prescribed part, it is characterized by having: an operation detection means for detecting an operation by a user to a part relevant to a predetermined event generated in the electronic equipment; a retrieval means for retrieving information about the decalcomania corresponding to the part where the operation is detected by the operation detection means and a display means for displaying the information about the decalcomania retrieved by the retrieval means.
