<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle head light of projector type, capable of forming a light distribution pattern in three kinds of modes. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a reflector 24 can be shifted downward, away from other general reflecting part 24A, as a movable reflecting part 24B. A first additional reflector 34 which reflects the light from a light source 22a frontward is arranged behind and near it. A second additional reflector 36 is arranged adjacently below it that reflects the light from the light source 22a frontward instead of transmitting a projection lens 28. When the movable reflecting part 24B shifts downward by some distance, the light reflected on the general reflecting part 24A, a part of the first additional reflector 34, a part of the second additional reflector 36, and a part of the movable reflecting part 24B is radiated frontward. When the movable reflecting part 24B further shifts downward, the light reflected on the general reflecting part 24A and the first additional reflector 34 is radiated frontward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
