<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer composition for an elastic member for an electrophotographic system in which the variations in the electrical resistance is reduced, and the adjustment of the electrical resistance is facilitated, without deteriorating its stability with respect to environmental variations in humidity, temperature or the like and to the lapse of time, and ozone resistance, to provide an electrically conductive member produced by using the same, and to provide an electrophotographic system provided with the electrically conductive member. <P>SOLUTION: The elastomer composition for an elastic member of an electrophotographic system comprises a rubber mixture comprising chloroprene rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber and an ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer and/or butyl rubber. The content ratio (by mass) between the chloroprene rubber and the epichlorohydrin lies in the range of 95:5 to 5:95, and also, the content ratio (by mass) between the total content of the chloroprene rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber, and the content of the ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer and/or butyl rubber lies in the range of 100:10 to 100:50.
