<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens unit of an optical pickup that is manufactured relatively easily, and performs precisely and easily relative positioning between optical elements and alignment to a holder, and an optical pickup device using the unit. <P>SOLUTION: A mirror frame 3 includes a first reference surface 6 and a second reference surface 7 that are references for a first optical element B and a second optical element A facing vertically with respect to a light axis, and a play 8 for fine adjustment for aligning a central position during alignment, so that alignment of respective optical elements is carried out during manufacturing.
