<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately suppress a vehicle behavior associated with an erroneous acceleration operation even in the case of a driver erroneously operating acceleration during execution of braking-force retention control.SOLUTION: A vehicular braking force control device 7 includes: an approach degree determination part 231 for obtaining relative distance information Dob relative to an obstacle existing in a travel direction of a vehicle V and determining an approach degree of the vehicle V relative to the obstacle on the basis of the obtained relative distance information Dob; and a control part 237 for performing braking-force retention control for retaining braking force by virtue of braking retention pressure even if a driver of the vehicle V disengages a braking provision operation. When the driver performs an acceleration operation during execution of the braking-force retention control, the control part 237 sets deceleration of retention pressure on the basis of the approach degree of the vehicle V relative to the obstacle determined by the approach degree determination part 231 and performs control to reduce the retention pressure in accordance with the set deceleration.</p> |
