<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge capable of reducing drive torque of a stir conveyance member in a main body of a cartridge and also preventing gear skip of the conveyance member and drop of a mass of toner, and to provide an image forming apparatus having the toner cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The toner cartridge 26 has, in its bottom, air flow inlets 42 for allowing a gas to flow into the main body 36 of the toner cartridge.
