PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive connector of which the working processes are few. SOLUTION: On the side where a contact tail 8a of one of bodies 22 of the connector 20 is exposed, a wire retaining block 30 which has formed a cable guide hole 31 which guides the core wire 40a of a cable 40 to the corresponding contact tail 8a is arranged and installed, and the bodies 22 and the wire retaining block 30 are joined by interposing an engaging means 23 between this wire retaining block 30 and the bodies 22.
