PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and grain feeder capable of stably performing discharge of powder and grain, for example, bio-mass or the like. SOLUTION: In a hopper 110 provided with an inner cylinder 112 and an outer cylinder 111 and discharging the bio-mass 1 by a rake 114 rotatably provided on a bottom surface of the outer cylinder 111, it comprises two or more rotatable discharge members 114-1, 114-2 for discharging the bio-mass 1 and is positioned between the outer cylinder 111 and the inner cylinder 112.
