PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve the assembling property of a transmission system with respect to a transmission case. SOLUTION: A crutch 27 for switching the transmission state between a pair of transmission shafts 25 and 26 built in a transmission case 5 so as to have a common shaft center P1, is constituted so that, to a part to be connected 43 equipped to one transmission shaft 25, a connecting part 44 installed in other transmission shaft 26 is intermittently displaced along the shaft center P1, while interlocking with the rotation of an operation shaft 45 around its shaft center P2 in a posture of orthogonally crossing the shaft center P1; the transmission case 5 is constituted so as to be dividable into an upside case part 58 for receiving the one transmission shaft 25 and a downside case part 59 for receiving the other transmission shaft 26; and is set so that the dividing position of these upside and downside case parts 58 and 59 coincides with the connecting position of the part to be connected 43 and the connecting part 44 in the crutch 27; and a supporting part 71 for supporting the operation shaft 45 is provided close to the dividing end between the downside case part 59 receiving the connecting part 44 and the upside case part 58.
