摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser light source device which can control directivity half-angle and improve radiation strength, and can be applied over a wide range, including optical wireless communication, optical sensor application or the like, and to provide its manufacturing method and an electronic apparatus whereon the semiconductor laser light source device is mounted. SOLUTION: An optical scattering region 2 and a lens region 3 are provided one by one, from a laser chip 1 side to a part of an optical path region until laser light emitted from the laser chip 1 attains, up to the external space. The optical scattering region 2 is formed of a light-scattering material 21 (acrylic particle) and a matrix 22 (polymer of homopolymer of fluorinated acrylate monomer and vinyl acetate) comprising fluorine containing resin.
