PURIFIED PYROLIGNEOUS ACID AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purified pyroligneous acid without substantially containing tar considered to adversely affect human bodies at all and to provide a method for producing the pyroligneous acid. SOLUTION: Coal, woody and coconut husk active carbon is mixed with colored pyroligneous acid in which tar remains and stirred. The resultant mixture is directly filtered through a plurality of sheets of tough filters made of fibers and having different mesh sizes to produce the pyroligneous acid without substantially containing the tar.
