FIELD: apparatus specially designed for applying liquid or other fluent material to the inside of hollow work, particularly devices adapted to apply protective coating on inner pipeline surface. ^ SUBSTANCE: spraying head comprises body defining container for cement-sand mix to be expelled from container through slots made in spraying head wall under the action of centrifugal force. The cement-sand mix collides with radial blades and then falls on inner pipeline surface. Flat blades are adapted to create the first layers with uniformly-distributed sand particles. Blades having curvilinear profiles create high-speed cement-sand flow, which consolidates multilayered coating applied on inner pipeline surface. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of inner pipeline surface protection against damage and corrosion. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
