<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally fusing device for a nonwoven fabric, capable of thermally fusing bonding edge parts overlapped each other uniformly and surely by overlapping the thermally fusible nonwoven fabric each other. <P>SOLUTION: The bonding edge parts are thermally fused to each other by ejecting hot wind from a hot wind-ejecting hole 5a while moving a hot wind head 5 inserted between the bonding surfaces of the bonding edge parts of thermally fusible nonwoven fabrics along the longitudinal direction of the bonding edge parts toward its rear direction of moving direction and compressing the bonding surface blown with the hot wind with an upper side compressing roller 1 and lower side compressing roller 3 arranged at the rear direction of the hot wind head 5. Since the hot wind head 5 is held by guiding pins 5b, 5c attached at its upper and lower sides as a non-contacting state relative to the bonding surface, the heat loss is suppressed and a high temperature hot wind is ejected from the hot wind-ejecting hole. Since the hot wind-ejecting hole is arranged as a line state along the width direction and opened in a plurality of numbers, the high temperature hot wind is uniformly ejected in the width direction of the bonding surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
