SOUND SIGNAL PROCESSING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional apparatus that there exist variations in the directivity and sound output levels because characteristics of sound signals received by a directivity composite circuit differ resulting from level differences and frequency characteristics of microphone units. SOLUTION: A sound signal processing apparatus disclosed herein includes: n-sets of band division circuits for dividing sound signals outputted from n-sets of the microphone units into m-sets of bands for each microphone unit; m-sets of sound level comparison circuits comparing sound signal levels of the sound signals subjected to the band division with the sound signal levels of the sound signals with the same band divided from a sound signal outputted from one reference microphone unit among n-sets of the microphone units; sound level control circuits for controlling a level of the sound signal outputted from each of the band division circuits on the basis of a level difference of the sound signal outputted from the sound level comparison circuits; n-sets of band composite circuits for composing the sound signals subjected to the band division outputted from the sound level control circuits; and a directivity composite circuit for generating the directivity from outputs of n-sets of the band composite circuits.
