PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a process of caulking a terminal plate device to a chassis in mounting the terminal plate device on the chassis. SOLUTION: This is the terminal device which is provided with the chassis 11 having a terminal hole 12 and a locking hole 13 linearly, and a terminal plate 20 that has a terminal 23 and a locking claw 21 which are respectively inserted into the terminal hole 12 and the locking hole 13 and that is formed of an insulator, and the terminal plate 20 has elasticity, a contact protrusion 16 is formed in the vicinity of the terminal hole 12 at the chassis 11, and the locking hole 13 and the locking claw 21 are locked by elastic force of the terminal plate 20, thereby, the caulking process becomes unnecessary.
