<p>A novel transparent conductive thin-film laminate film that not only has a low surface resistance (6 to 500O/?) and high transmittance in visible region but also simultaneously exhibits a high light transmittance in the visible light short wavelength region of 380 to 400 nm wavelength and the near-ultraviolet region of 300 to 380 nm shorter wavelength. There is provided a transparent conductive film of laminate structure comprising metal thin-film (11) whose surfaces are covered by transparent oxide thin-films (10,12). The transparent oxide thin-films (10,12) are each an amorphous oxide thin-film composed mainly of gallium, indium and oxygen, or an amorphous oxide thin-film composed mainly of gallium and oxygen wherein the content of gallium in the transparent oxide thin-films (10,12) is in the range of 35 to 100 atom% based on all the metal atoms.</p> |
