PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a structure wherein light of a backlight is not leaked out through an attachment hole of a clip provided in a frame plate for attaching a reflection plate of the backlight into the clip itself. SOLUTION: The clip C is provided with a leg part 2, projectingly from a backside 1a of a supporting plate 1, provided with an engagement part 2b put in the attachment hole Fa formed in the frame plate F disposed on the rear side of a liquid crystal cell L and a through hole Ra formed in the reflection plate R of light c of the backlight K disposed on the front side of the frame plate F from the liquid crystal cell L side and engaged with the attachment hole Fa by spring force in a completely put position after elastic deformation once. A base part 2a of the leg part 2 is connected integrally to an upheaval part 3 having a size nearly covering the attachment hole Fa formed in the backside 1a of the supporting plate 1.
