PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defective carrying from occurring when a sheet body is carried. SOLUTION: A pair of carrying rollers 58 disposed in a bleaching and fixing tank of a photo printer is formed of a flat roller 56 and a knurl roller 57. The knurl roller 57 comprises a mounting shaft 68 and a roller piece 70 having a plurality of projections 69 formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof and fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the mounting shaft 68. The roller piece 70 comprises a roughly annular core 78, an elastic layer 79 formed by covering the outer peripheral surface of the core 78, and having a plurality of projections 69 arranged on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and a primer layer (not shown) adhering the coveringly formed elastic layer 79 to the core 78. Since the elastic layer 79 is formed by covering the core 78, the elastic layer 79 can be prevented from being run idle.
