PAPER ALIGNING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive device for driving a jogger without using a motor exclusively for driving the jogger. SOLUTION: This paper aligning device has the jogger 302 for aligning in the direction crossing the direction of conveyance orthogonally and a jogger driving cam 305 for driving the jogger 302 to align carried in and received papers. A jogger holder 308 for holding the jogger 302 and the jogger driving cam 305 integrally is movably provided at a position corresponding to paper size in the direction crossing the direction of paper conveyance of a paper to be received orthogonally to drive the jogger 305 held in the jogger holder 308 by a jogger driving shaft 106.
