PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional rotary cutter wherein though rattling of a rotor shaft caused by a clearance between a bearing and the rotor shaft is tried to eliminate by applying a force separating a knife rotor shaft and a plain rotor shaft in the direction connecting the axial centerline of both shafts, it does not effectively function to the clearance in the lateral direction of the axial centerline. SOLUTION: The force separating the both shafts act on the both shafts from two directions across the axial centerline of the both rotors. The clearance between the bearing supporting the both shafts and the shaft is eliminated not only in the axial centerline but also in the lateral direction of the axial centerline to eliminate the rattling of the rotor shaft caused by the clearance.
