FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises bolt and washer whose base is provided with the opening for the bolt. The diameter of the opening slightly exceeds that of the bolt. The conical bushing is made around the opening for the bolt. The conical bushing extends by a distance from the opening, and the diameter of the bushing decreases upward along the axis of the bolt. The base of the washer and conical bushing is provided with a through groove. The device is also provided with the nut having the part with inner thread which engages the threaded surface of the bolt and the part with conical opening. The diameter of the section of the opening which does not face the washer is smaller than that of the outer edge of the front section of the conical bushing. The diameter of the section of the opening which faces the washer is smaller than that of the outer edge of the root section of the conical bushing of the washer. The height of the nut slightly exceeds the height of the bushing. The inclination of the conical surface is equal to the inclination of the surface of the conical bushing of the washer. A part of the conical bushing of the washer is thickened and slightly shifted with respect to the center of the through opening for the bolt. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability. ^ 18 cl, 22 dwg |
