PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever fitting type connector in which the distance between male terminal fittings of a male housing is appropriately maintained and mutual fitting of female and male connector housings can be carried out excellently. SOLUTION: A plurality of temporary locking parts 19A, 19B, 20 are provided at a moving plate 4 to be housed in a hood part 14 of the male housing 3, and these temporary locking parts 19A, 19B, 20 are made to be temporarily locked sliding to the male housing 3 side. The temporary locking pieces 19A, 19B, 20 are arranged on two straight lines L1, L2 which orthogonally cross the center axis C of the lever fitted to the male housing 3, the temporary locking piece 19A is arranged on one side with the center axis C as the standard, and the temporary locking pieces 19B, 20 are arranged on the other side.
