PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superimposing type image observing device capable of highly efficiently displaying information in a superimposed fashion while enabling a user to observe a subject in real visual field. SOLUTION: The superposing type image observing device has an image recognition part 105 specifying the subject 110 which is imaged by means of image recognition, an electronic information display part 101 displaying subject information on the specified subject 110 at a predetermined display angle of view B, an imaging part 104 imaging the subject 110 at an imaging angle of view A smaller than an angle obtained by subtracting 10°from the display angle of view B, and a semi-transmission optical element 102 displaying the subject information displayed on the electronic information display part 101 on the real visual field of the subject 110 in a superimposed fashion.
