PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated metal member excellent in adhesion such as water-resistant adhesion or the like. SOLUTION: The resin coated metal member is constituted by providing an adhesive layer comprising an acrylic adhesive and/or a phenolic adhesive on the surface of a metal core material, providing an adhesive polyolefin resin layer on the adhesive layer and providing an olefinic or styrenic thermoplastic resin layer on the adhesive polyolefin resin layer as a skin layer.
