PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical equipment for forming a pair of images with substantially small aberration, by making focus point detection by TTL (through the taking lens) phase difference detection system suitable. SOLUTION: The optical equipment includes a deflection optical means 4 for deflecting at least one light flux from among a first light flux 1 and a second light flux 2 reaching a photoelectric transducer 6 by a first region b and a second region c in the emission pupil of an optical system, in a direction different from the separation direction of first and second regions with respect to the other light flux.
