PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform the access between a ground road and an underground road. SOLUTION: The underground road access system 1 is equipped with two vertical shafts 11, 12 connecting the above-ground road X and the underground road Y, and a lateral shaft 13 connecting the vertical shafts 11, 12 each other on a deep underground part B side. The underground road access system 1 is equipped with a pair of rail members 30 which shift two guide rails 32 formed in rectangular peripheral shape in the vertical and horizontal direction and intersect each other at two places S, T, a plurality of carrying cabins 24 which are supported at both side surfaces by the pair of rail members 30 and move in peripheral shape along the pair of rail members 30, and a driving part 26 moving the carrying cabins 24 at the lower side space of the vertical shafts 11, 12, the lateral shaft 13 and roof part 14. Since the carrying cabin 24 goes around by the driving part 26, the carrying cabin 24 carries a vehicle M from the underground side to the above-ground side in the first vertical shaft 11 and carries the vehicle M from the above-ground side to the underground side in the second vertical shaft 12.
