PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide piping for fuel oil which can prevent the fuel oil from leaking, is excellent in safety and durability, and also, can increase the working efficiency by reducing the weight. SOLUTION: This piping for fuel oil is embedded under the ground of the site 1 of a fuel station, and has a duct 17 through which a fuel oil is made to flow. At the same time, the piping for fuel oil is equipped with a shell tubular section 14 made of a resin material which is thick enough to keep a mechanical strength, and an internal surface covering section 16 made of the other resin material which is bonded to the internal wall surface on the duct 17 side of the outer shell tubular section 14 through an adhesive layer 15, and has shielding property for preventing the fuel oil from permeating.
