<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for flexibly and easily setting a parameter by effectively using a previously registered job memory, and to provide its parameter setting method. <P>SOLUTION: The arbitrary designated parameter among the set parameters is set in a lock mode by a lock mode setting/releasing part 110. The parameter which is inputted in a state where a lock input mode setting/releasing part 111 sets a lock input mode is set in the lock mode.
