PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression molding system capable of positioning the synthetic resins (84 and 184), which are separated from the cutting/holding means (38 and 138) in a synthetic resin supply device (6) to fall, at a required region of mold means (12 and 112) in a compression molding machine (2) in a sufficiently precise manner. SOLUTION: The compression molding system is constituted so that the center of rotation of the cutting/holding means is allowed to substantially coincide with the center of the circular loci (14 and 114) in a compression molding machine and the rotary direction and angle-of-rotation speed of the cutting/holding means are allowed to substantially coincide with those of a mold means while, in the resin supply regions (16 and 116) present in an arcuate state over a required angle range, the position of the cutting/holding means in a radial direction is aligned with the circular locus of the mold means and cutting/holding means are aligned with the required region of the mold means to be positioned above the required region to move.
